Third pointe shoe fitting here and as ever an individually tailored service delivered with care, knowledge, guidance and support to ensure my daughters needs are fully met. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Just remember to book in advance as not surprising to see they are busy as ever!

I recently took my 15 year old daughter for a pointe shoe fitting at Bodies in Motion and would highly recommend the service. The appointment was easy to book online with lots of availability and when we arrived at the shop they were ready and waiting to assist us. The lady who helped us (I’m sorry, I don’t know her name) was very experienced. She asked us to bring our old pointe shoes and looked at my daughter’s feet/stance in them and asked her how they had felt whilst dancing in them and if/where they had hurt her or been uncomfortable. She then used this knowledge to guide her as to which pointe shoes might be best for her and calmly listened to my daughter as she tried the various pairs on, asking her to stand in various ballet positions to ensure we bought the best fitting shoes for my daughter. It was a lovely experience and we will definitely go back when we need any more shoes for dancing.

I am returning to pointe after 15 years and I have never had a fitting that was so thorough and precise. I feel more confident returning to pointe now I've got a great pair of shoes. Thank you and I will be back when I need some new ones!

My last pointe shoes were from somewhere else and they did not work for me at all, so I was really hoping for a thorough fitting.
The lady at the Bodies in Motion pointe fitting was very good and had a proper look at my feet, and gave me many shoes to try on to find what was perfect for me. She also had a lot of useful knowledge on how to prepare them properly to dance. I am very happy with the shoes and the fitting and will definitely be going there next time.

This was my daughters first fitting of pointe shoes. The lady who attended to us was very knowledgeable and friendly. The shoes are perfect and my daughter enjoyed her fitting. A smooth appointment 😌 thank you. Will recommend and use again.
