Refund policy

Please contact us via email to arrange a return.

In line with the consumers contracts regulations on distant selling, we will accept back for exchange certain goods, within 14 days of you receiving your items.

All returns should be sent postage paid to the below address. Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs.We recommend that you return your goods via Royal Mail and obtain a proof of postage receipt as we cannot accept responsibility for undelivered returns. Returns must be sent in resalable condition, in the original packaging, unlabeled, unmarked and with all tags still attached.

Due to hygiene reasons we do not accept returns on dance underwear, dance belts, dance tights, masks, hair accessories and makeup. This does not affect your statutory rights. 


No refunds or exchanges can be made on Tutu’s or Custom Made dance costumes.  This does not affect your statutory rights. 


We do not refund or exchange any shoes or item of clothing where you have labeled or sewn items onto, which include ribbons, elastics and glued on suede toe caps.This does not affect your statutory rights. 

Items need to be in their original packaging, unworn, unlabled and not marked in any way.

What is the time limit for faulty goods in Consumer Rights Act 2015?


Where goods do not conform to the terms of the contract and the terms implied by the CRA 2015, the following statutory remedies are available to the consumer: A 30-day short term right to reject faulty goods and obtain a full refund (known as the 'short term right to reject').

If a fault develops after six months, it's up to you to prove it was faulty at the time of purchase or delivery.


Please enclose a returns form, or state clearly your name, address and telephone number.

If the item is too big or small, please re-order the item in the correct size and colour and then we can post it out to you and once the incorrect item is returned we will issue a refund in accordance with our returns policy

Refunds are for merchandise only. Postage is non-refundable in any circumstances, excluding where complete orders have been cancelled as per the Consumer Rights Act 2015. We will endeavour to process refunds as quickly as possible. However this may take up to 28 days.
