RETENTION OF TITLE

Goods will remain the property of Bodies in Motion, until paid for in full.

| PAYMENT |
|
Payment can be made via our website using our V-Secure system, with most types of credit or debit cards, excluding American Express. You may also pay us via bank transfer, please contact us for our bank details if you wish to use this method. If you choose to use this method your goods will be despatched to you once the money is showing in our account.
Where goods are being delivered to an alternative address, please ensure you fill in the details of the address where your debit or credit card is registered.

Bodies in Motion reserve the right to make price changes Without prior notice.
Please be aware that in store prices will be higher than our on-line shop.

| DELIVERY |
|
All orders will be despatched by first class, recorded post. Please ensure that there is someone in to receive your parcel if it is required urgently. A tracking number will be sent to you so that you can track the status of your parcel.
Please note that once Royal Mail reflects that the parcel has been delivered and they have a signature the onus is on the customer to claim from Royal Mail directly for any loss or damage to the parcel.
Please ensure that you put on your correct postal address and post code as we can not take any responsibilty for items that have been incorrectly delivered and a signature has been received by Royal Mail.

| BACK ORDERS & STOCK HOLDING |

In order to allow our customers a wide variety of items in various brands we do not always have every item in size or colour in stock in our store, and although we have a wide variety there is always the chance that the item / items may not be in stock. Some items may take longer than others to arrive.
We endeavour to deliver all orders placed with the company within 30 days of receiving the order. If goods are not in stock they will be placed on back order and despatched when available within this period. Should the delivery of goods not be possible within this period the company will contact the customer to offer a full refund if paid for.

EXCHANGES

If an item does not fit, you may return it to us for a bigger or smaller item. Please contact us prior to returning an item either via telephone or email, to arrange this an ensure that both parties are in agreement with the item being returned. Please do not return the items to us prior to contacting us.
Returned items will only be accepted within the 5 day time period, provided they are in there original unmarked packaging. We will not refund the cost of the postage and packaging. The 5 day time period starts from the date the item has been signed for by yourself.
Please note that should we need to send you out another item in exchange you will be required to pay for the postage, unless we have sent you the incorrect goods.
We do not refund payments unless we have sent you goods that were not per the details on our website.
We do not except returns on dance tights or our unders and overs range due to hygiene reasons.
We do not except returns on specially ordered tutu's or dance costumes.
We also advise customers to use Recorded Delivery, as we cannot accept responsibility for parcels mislaid. Refunds will only be issued once we have received the goods back in our possession and all return conditions have been met.

| CANCELLATION RIGHTS |
- Under the Distance Selling Regulations consumers have a cooling off period of 7 days beginning on the day after they receive the goods to cancel their contract with the company
- Notice of cancellation must be received by the company in writing at the address printed
- The company reserves the right to charge £5.00 for any returns made within this cancellation period for goods which conform to the contract and which satisfy the implied terms contained under the Sale of Goods Act 1979. This charge will cover the direct cost
- Please include the Invoice Number on which goods were purchased and your name, address and telephone number.
- We also advise customers to use Recorded Delivery, as we cannot accept responsibility for parcels mislaid. Please do not include any other correspondence or orders with returns
